Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative (Central Coast)
We’re seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves working closely with our skilled technicians and workshop Foreman across our Central Coast workshops. If you’re looking for a change and wish to be part of a fast-growing team, this opportunity is for you.
Service Advisor

- Full-time – Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.00pm, every 2nd Saturday 7.30am – 12.00pm
Your new role:
Our Service Advisors are the face and voice of Express Lube. We value team players who like to share duties and get the work done. Your core responsibilities include:
- Customer Service Delighting our customers on the shop floor and responding to enquiries over the phone
- Liaising with our suppliers and providing guidance
- Working with the broader team to make sure our customers are happy
- Day to day operations, including opening and closing the store, taking payments and inventory management

Mechanic (Central Coast)
Join our dynamic team as a Mechanic and contribute to the quality service Express Lube is known for. This position is available at our Central Coast workshops, offering a great work-life balance, ongoing training, and a strong community spirit. We’re looking for team players with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve excellence in automotive service.
Specificis
- The location is at our Central Coast Workshops
- Ensuring consistent quality controls on all work completed.
- Some ordering and managing incoming stock
- Store Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.00pm, every 2nd Saturday 7.30am – 12.30pm

- A vibrant personality with enthusiasm to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Proven ability to work within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced automotive mechanical environment desirable.
- An ability to work to and achieve individual & team KPI’s.
- Rego ticket highly desirable
